LastRow Tickets LLC
Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, ticketing services, digital tickets, and other services provided by LastRow Tickets LLC ("LastRow," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website operated at lastrowtix.com (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a ticket through LastRow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. About LastRow
LastRow operates an online event-ticketing platform through which event organizers, venues, promoters, and other authorized parties ("Organizers") may list events and make tickets available for purchase.
LastRow provides technology and services related to ticket sales, payment processing, digital ticket delivery, attendee management, event access, refunds, and related functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LastRow is not the producer, promoter, performer, owner, or operator of an event or venue. The applicable Organizer is responsible for producing and operating the event and for the accuracy of event information supplied to LastRow.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account and to keep account information reasonably current.
3. Event Information
Event information displayed through LastRow may include information supplied by an Organizer, including event names, descriptions, dates, times, locations, performers, restrictions, seating information, admission requirements, and other event details.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
LastRow may correct obvious errors or update information supplied by an Organizer but does not guarantee that every event description will be error-free.
Event schedules, performers, programs, venue requirements, and other event details may change.
4. Ticket Prices and All-In Pricing
Organizers establish the face value of tickets offered through LastRow.
LastRow may establish the final customer price according to its pricing model. The price displayed to the customer is intended to be the total amount required to purchase the ticket through LastRow, including applicable mandatory charges and sales tax, unless clearly stated otherwise.
LastRow uses an all-in pricing model and does not intend to add undisclosed mandatory ticketing fees after a customer selects a ticket.
The amount displayed at checkout before the customer submits payment controls the amount charged for the transaction.
Taxes may be included within the displayed price rather than added separately at checkout.
5. Orders and Payment
By submitting an order, you authorize LastRow and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed using Stripe.
An order is not complete merely because you submit payment information. A purchase is complete when LastRow receives confirmation of successful payment and accepts the order.
LastRow may decline or cancel a transaction when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, ticket unavailability, pricing or technical errors, legal requirements, event restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.
If LastRow cancels a completed purchase without providing the purchased ticket, amounts owed to the customer will be refunded as required by applicable law and LastRow's applicable refund policy.
6. Tickets
A ticket issued through LastRow represents the holder's right to seek admission to the specified event subject to these Terms and any applicable Organizer or venue rules.
Tickets may be delivered electronically and may contain a QR code, barcode, ticket identifier, or other access credential.
You are responsible for protecting your ticket and its associated access credentials.
You must not intentionally duplicate, reproduce, counterfeit, alter, or distribute a ticket or access credential in a manner designed to permit unauthorized admission.
Unless otherwise permitted by LastRow or the Organizer, the first valid scan or redemption of a ticket may invalidate subsequent attempts to use the same ticket.
Possession of a ticket does not guarantee admission if the ticket has been refunded, canceled, invalidated, fraudulently obtained, previously redeemed, or otherwise rendered invalid.
7. Event and Venue Rules
Admission may be subject to rules established by the Organizer or venue, including rules concerning age restrictions, identification requirements, prohibited items, conduct, security screening, arrival or entry times, health and safety requirements, re-entry, photography or recording, and other reasonable event or venue policies.
Failure to comply with applicable rules may result in denied entry or removal from the event.
Unless required by law or otherwise provided by the applicable refund policy, removal from an event because of a customer's conduct does not entitle the customer to a refund.
8. Event Changes, Postponements, and Cancellations
Events may occasionally be canceled, postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or otherwise modified by an Organizer.
Refund eligibility in these circumstances is governed by the applicable LastRow Refund & Cancellation Policy, the Organizer's applicable event terms, and applicable law.
If an event is rescheduled or relocated, the original ticket may remain valid for the new date or location where permitted.
LastRow may communicate event changes using the email address or other contact information associated with the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing event communications and maintaining accurate contact information.
9. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by LastRow's Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Approved full refunds will return the amount the customer paid for the refunded ticket or order, as applicable.
Refunds generally must be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required or permitted by law or the payment provider.
Processing times after a refund is initiated may depend on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that the request qualifies for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect or believe you are entitled to a refund, we encourage you to contact LastRow before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate.
You may not knowingly submit a fraudulent or materially false chargeback or payment dispute.
LastRow may provide transaction records, ticket-delivery information, ticket-redemption information, acceptance records, communications, and other relevant information to payment processors, financial institutions, or card networks when responding to a payment dispute.
Nothing in this section eliminates any lawful right you have to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
11. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Ticket transfer or resale availability may vary by event.
You may not use the Services to sell counterfeit, invalid, duplicated, stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorized tickets.
You may not circumvent ticket-purchase limits, access controls, queues, security mechanisms, or other systems intended to maintain fair or secure ticket distribution.
LastRow may cancel tickets or restrict accounts associated with fraud, unlawful resale activity, unauthorized duplication, circumvention of purchasing controls, or other misuse.
Any event-specific restriction on transferability will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
12. Accounts
Certain Services may require a LastRow account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You must promptly notify LastRow if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
You may not impersonate another person, create accounts using materially false information, or use another person's account without authorization.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services;
- attempt to bypass security or access controls;
- use bots or automated systems to circumvent ticket limits or purchasing controls;
- scrape or harvest data except as expressly authorized;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- attempt unauthorized access to LastRow systems or accounts;
- counterfeit, duplicate, manipulate, or fraudulently use tickets;
- use another person's payment method without authorization;
- submit knowingly false refund or dispute claims; or
- use the Services in a manner that infringes the rights of LastRow, an Organizer, a venue, another customer, or another third party.
LastRow may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Organizers, venues, LastRow, or the integrity of the Services.
14. Intellectual Property
The LastRow name, logos, website design, software, interfaces, graphics, and other LastRow-created materials are owned by or licensed to LastRow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Event names, venue names, performer names, logos, photographs, and other Organizer-provided materials may belong to their respective owners.
Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
15. Privacy
LastRow's collection and use of personal information is described in the LastRow Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review the Privacy Policy.
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, in accordance with their applicable privacy practices.
16. Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including purchase confirmations, tickets, receipts, event updates, security notices, refund information, and legally required notices where electronic delivery is permitted.
Transactional communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
Where required by law, marketing communications will be subject to separate consent and opt-out rights.
17. Third-Party Services
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, mapping services, communications providers, venues, and Organizer websites.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
LastRow is not responsible for third-party services outside LastRow's reasonable control.
18. Service Availability
LastRow strives to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, third-party services, security incidents, events outside LastRow's reasonable control, or other circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, LastRow may take steps to restore affected Services or provide alternative access to valid tickets.
19. Organizer Responsibility
Organizers are responsible for the events they create, promote, or operate, including event performance, venue access, staffing, safety, legal compliance, permits, licenses, event descriptions, and other Organizer obligations.
LastRow's provision of ticketing technology does not constitute a representation that LastRow produces, sponsors, endorses, or controls an event unless LastRow expressly states otherwise.
Nothing in this section limits LastRow's responsibilities arising directly from LastRow's own acts, payment obligations, representations, or applicable law.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
LASTROW DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES THAT MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
THIS SECTION DOES NOT EXCLUDE WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LASTROW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LASTROW'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR TICKET TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO LASTROW BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless LastRow Tickets LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your fraudulent conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
This obligation does not require you to indemnify LastRow for LastRow's own unlawful conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable federal law or another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer-protection law controls.
24. Changes to These Terms
LastRow may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, LastRow will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
The version applicable to a ticket purchase will be the version presented or made available to the customer in connection with that purchase.
Material changes will not retroactively alter completed transactions where doing so would violate applicable law.
25. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the affected provision will be interpreted or limited as necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
26. No Waiver
Failure by LastRow to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive LastRow's right to enforce that provision later.
27. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, any applicable event-specific terms disclosed before purchase, and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms constitute the applicable agreement between you and LastRow concerning your use of the Services and ticket purchases.
If event-specific terms conflict with these Terms, the event-specific terms control only to the extent clearly disclosed and applicable to that event, except where doing so would violate applicable law.
