LastRow Tickets LLC
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: August 12, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, event cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, and related ticket issues are handled for tickets purchased through LastRow Tickets LLC ("LastRow," "we," "us," or "our").
This Policy applies to tickets purchased through the LastRow website, applications, and ticketing services.
1. Event-Specific Refund Policies
Refund eligibility for a ticket purchased through LastRow is generally determined by the refund and cancellation policy established by the applicable event organizer or venue.
Because LastRow provides ticketing services for multiple organizers and venues, refund terms may vary from one event to another.
Where applicable, the refund policy associated with an event will be made available to customers before purchase or otherwise incorporated into the terms applicable to that event.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the applicable organizer or venue may establish event-specific refund terms, subject to applicable law and this Policy.
2. General Refund Eligibility
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, tickets are not automatically refundable solely because a customer:
- changes plans;
- can no longer attend;
- purchases the wrong ticket;
- arrives late;
- fails to attend the event;
- does not comply with venue or event rules;
- is denied admission because of conduct, prohibited items, age restrictions, identification requirements, or other disclosed admission requirements; or
- otherwise decides not to use the ticket.
A refund may be available when permitted by the applicable organizer or venue policy, when approved by LastRow or the applicable organizer, or when required by law.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
3. Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled and will not be rescheduled, refund eligibility will be determined in accordance with the applicable organizer or venue policy and applicable law.
When a full refund is approved for a canceled event, the customer will receive a refund of the amount originally paid through LastRow for the refunded ticket or order, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges included in the original purchase price.
LastRow will communicate available refund instructions using the contact information associated with the order when reasonably practicable.
Customers should retain their tickets and order information until the cancellation and refund process has been completed.
4. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket may remain valid for the new date or time.
A postponement or rescheduling does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund unless:
- the applicable organizer or venue policy provides for refunds;
- LastRow or the organizer expressly offers a refund; or
- a refund is required by applicable law.
If refunds are offered for a postponed or rescheduled event, any request deadline or other applicable conditions will be communicated to affected ticket holders.
5. Venue Changes and Event Modifications
An event may occasionally be moved to another venue or modified in other ways, including changes to performers, schedules, supporting acts, event programming, seating arrangements, or other event details.
Such changes do not automatically make a ticket refundable unless the applicable organizer or venue policy provides otherwise or a refund is required by law.
If a material event change results in an approved refund opportunity, LastRow will communicate the applicable options when reasonably practicable.
6. Full Refunds
When a customer qualifies for and receives an approved full refund, LastRow will refund 100% of the amount the customer originally paid for the refunded ticket or order, as applicable.
This includes amounts included in LastRow's original all-in purchase price, including applicable sales tax and mandatory charges.
A full refund will generally be returned to the original payment method.
LastRow does not retain a LastRow service portion from an approved full refund unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.
7. Partial Refunds
LastRow does not currently offer partial refunds as a standard refund option.
If a specific event, legal requirement, or extraordinary circumstance requires a partial refund or adjustment, LastRow may process such an adjustment on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the applicable organizer or venue.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights under applicable law.
8. Refund Requests
Where refunds are permitted, customers may be required to submit a refund request through LastRow or through another process identified for the applicable event.
Refund requests should include sufficient information to identify the purchase, such as:
- purchaser name;
- purchaser email address;
- event name;
- order or ticket information; and
- reason for the refund request.
LastRow may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction and determine eligibility.
Refund requests should be sent to:
unless different instructions are provided for the applicable event.
9. Refund Approval
Depending on the event and circumstances, LastRow may coordinate with the applicable organizer or venue when determining whether a refund request qualifies under the event's refund policy.
LastRow may approve, deny, or process a refund according to:
- the organizer or venue's applicable refund policy;
- event-specific terms disclosed to the customer;
- the circumstances affecting the event;
- LastRow's contractual obligations with the organizer or venue; and
- applicable law.
LastRow will not enforce an organizer or venue policy to the extent doing so would violate applicable law.
10. Refund Processing Time
Once LastRow initiates an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may depend on Stripe, the customer's bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
LastRow does not control the processing time of the customer's financial institution after a refund has been successfully submitted.
Customers will generally receive confirmation when a refund has been initiated.
11. Refunds After Ticket Use
Tickets that have already been successfully scanned, redeemed, or used for admission are generally not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions may apply where required by law or where LastRow and the applicable organizer determine that a refund is appropriate under extraordinary circumstances.
12. Invalid or Unusable Tickets
If a ticket purchased directly through LastRow is invalid because of an error attributable to LastRow or the applicable organizer, customers should contact LastRow as soon as reasonably possible.
LastRow may investigate ticket issuance, delivery, redemption, and scan records before determining the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement admission, correction of the ticket, or a refund.
This section does not apply to counterfeit, altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized tickets acquired outside LastRow.
13. Tickets Purchased From Third Parties
LastRow is generally only responsible for refunds involving transactions completed directly through LastRow.
If you acquire a LastRow-issued ticket through an unauthorized third-party resale, transfer, or other external transaction, you may need to seek a refund from the person or platform from whom you purchased the ticket.
LastRow cannot guarantee refunds for money paid to an unrelated third party.
14. Customer Conduct and Denied Entry
A customer is generally not entitled to a refund when admission is denied or the customer is removed because the customer:
- violates event or venue rules;
- behaves unlawfully, dangerously, or disruptively;
- fails to meet disclosed age or identification requirements;
- possesses prohibited items;
- attempts to use an invalid, duplicated, previously redeemed, or fraudulent ticket; or
- otherwise fails to satisfy disclosed admission requirements.
This provision is subject to applicable law.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or believe you qualify for a refund, please contact LastRow at support@lastrowtix.com before initiating a chargeback when reasonably possible.
LastRow will investigate legitimate refund concerns.
LastRow may provide relevant transaction, ticket-delivery, ticket-redemption, communication, and refund records to Stripe, payment-card networks, banks, or other financial institutions in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Nothing in this Policy limits your lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper charge.
16. Sales Tax and Refunded Transactions
Where sales tax was included in the original ticket purchase, an approved full refund will include the applicable tax amount originally paid by the customer for the refunded transaction.
LastRow will account for refunded sales tax in accordance with applicable tax-reporting requirements.
17. Organizer and Venue Responsibility
The applicable event organizer or venue is responsible for establishing event-specific refund and cancellation terms and for decisions concerning event cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, venue changes, and similar operational matters.
LastRow facilitates ticket transactions and refund processing but generally does not control whether an event occurs as scheduled.
Nothing in this Policy limits LastRow's responsibility for LastRow's own payment-processing, ticketing, or refund-processing obligations.
18. Conflicts Between Policies
If an event-specific refund policy differs from this general Policy, the event-specific policy will generally control with respect to refund eligibility for that event, provided that the event-specific policy:
- was properly disclosed or made applicable to the ticket purchase; and
- complies with applicable law.
Applicable law will control over any conflicting LastRow, organizer, venue, or event-specific policy.
19. Changes to This Policy
LastRow may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.
When changes are made, LastRow will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
The refund terms applicable to a completed ticket purchase will generally be the terms applicable at the time of purchase, together with any event-specific terms applicable to that transaction.
